Each year, FISH provides Holiday Food Baskets for 550 Sonoma Valley families. Baskets are filled with 25 pounds of fresh fruits and vegetables and an assortment of local cheese. Also included is a gift card, so each family can purchase meat, poultry, or fish to round out the holiday celebration.
To raise funds for this project, local service and social organizations, faith-based groups, and community members ring bells at our local markets. Look (or listen!) for them on weekends in December. We are grateful for our bell ringers and all those who donate to help ensure a happy holiday for our Sonoma Valley neighbors.
