Groceries
FISH provides nutritious groceries, including fresh produce, through our Food Pantry.
- For weekday grocery pickup: Our regular Food Pantry hours for picking up groceries are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 1:30 - 2:30 p.m. FISH provides enough groceries for several days of meals, based on the size of your family. We can also provide some personal toiletry items. For a weekday pickup, call FISH at 707-996-0111 in the morning (between 9 a.m. and noon) to pick up groceries that afternoon.
- Due to low participation, our Saturday pantry hours have been discontinued.
- Grocery delivery for home-bound seniors: Twice each month, FISH volunteers deliver supplemental groceries to homebound seniors who are unable to pick up food. Apply for home delivery program online or by calling FISH at 707-996-0111 and an interview will be scheduled.
- Holiday Food Baskets: Registration for Holiday Baskets is held through mid-November, beginning in October at FISH Central and in November at La Luz and the Sonoma Valley Community Health Center. Holiday Food Baskets are picked up the weekend before Christmas at Hanna Center.
Other Resources: In Sonoma Valley, several other food assistance programs also serve our community. Find them under our Community Resources listings for Grocery Providers and Prepared Meals. We have also put together a community food calendar.
