Dental Assistance (pilot program)

FISH is partnering with Sonoma Valley Community Health Center (SVCHC) on a pilot program to help low-income seniors in need of dental care. Sonoma Valley residents age 62+ who receive dental care or dental referrals through SVCHC are eligible to apply for financial assistance from FISH.  The applicant will be asked to pay a percentage of the total cost of the procedure.

Eligible costs may include preventative care such as exams, cleanings and x-rays; dental treatments such as fillings, extractions, crowns, or root canals; and dentures.  Cosmetic procedures such as teeth whitening or veneers are not eligible.
