FISH can provide grocery delivery once a month for homebound seniors in Sonoma Valley who are unable to come to our Food Pantry. To apply, complete the form below (or call FISH at 707-996-0111 on weekdays from 9 AM - 3 PM) and a food program volunteer will be in contact with you.
