With the retirement of Sandy Piotter, we are looking for a volunteer Executive Director to help take Friends in Sonoma Helping (FISH) into the future. We've been serving Sonoma Valley as a volunteer-based organization for 55 years, providing many impactful programs. If you have nonprofit management experience and a heart for community service, we’d love to hear from you.
Is it a big job? Indeed it is, but with big rewards. You will have the opportunity to advance our vision of Sonoma Valley as a community of "neighbors helping neighbors", where everyone's basic needs are met.
As our volunteer Executive Director, you will work closely with the team of dedicated and experienced volunteers who serve as FISH program coordinators and with the Board of Directors, which governs the organization. You will be supported by an administrative assistant.
